The Biodiversity Credits Supply Fund (BCSF) in NSW is a government initiative aimed at addressing the shortage of biodiversity credits, particularly for species credits, within the Biodiversity Offsets Scheme
The Nature Conservation Council requested pro bono assistance from Processant to review publicly available data and provide key insights on the biodiversity offset scheme.
Risk Reporting Design for an Insurance company : This project focused on aligning company's Risk and Compliance reporting with regulatory requirements. It involved a comprehensive analysis of existing processes, identification of customer needs, and the design and implementation of robust reporting solutions.
Key Deliverables:
Regulatory Gap Analysis: Thorough understanding of regulatory obligations and the company's current compliance posture.

Benchmarking – Performed benchmarking for Risk culture by review of historical and current data collected using survey center tool. The internal results were compared against APRA published result for Australian banks and analysis was performed and a report was written on how the insurance company compares to it peers.
Sustainability Training and for an Audit Firm
This project equipped an audit firm with the knowledge and tools to navigate the evolving landscape of sustainability reporting and assurance. It covered:
Understanding Scope 1, 2, and 3 Emissions: Comprehensive training on the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, including practical examples of emissions measurement, calculation methodologies, and common pitfalls leading to inaccurate data.
Sustainability Reporting Frameworks: Overview of key frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), with a focus on their applicability to different industries.
Client Engagement & Audit Approach: Guidance on how to initiate sustainability-focused conversations with clients, assess their current practices, and conduct effective audits of sustainability data and disclosures.
Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards: Detailed analysis of the emerging Australian standards, including requirements around strategy, risk management, governance, and metrics & target setting.
Real-World Case Studies: Examples of best practices and common challenges in sustainability reporting across different sectors.
